We are committed to achieving the high quality services which remain inclusive and driven by you. We champion equal rights for people with a disability and acknowledge the importance of upholding your dignity of risk as you participate in the social, economic, cultural, political and spiritual life of society.

Our Purpose

Zoe Nicole was established with a primary purpose, and commitment to promoting independence and enriching the quality of life experienced by people living with a disability. No matter your age, gender or demographic.

Maintaining a person-centred approach throughout our model of support delivery, we prioritise strength-based practices that help identify, optimise and celebrate your 'abilities' as you strive to achieve individual goals and autonomy on your journey.

Our goal is to effectively support participants in achieving sustained outcomes relating to your life aspirations and goals, providing a hand up at all times, while working cohesively alongside one another every step of the way.

We acknowledge that every participant’s pathway and journey is uniquely individual to you, differing to the next person, living with or without a disability. In particular, support networks, social connections and family involvement.

This is why the promotion of self-advocacy remains a pillar foundation at Zoe Nicole. Through the formation of positive friendships built on trust, unwavering support and collaborative teamwork, we believe that it will naturally lead to increased confidence and instilled self-belief in yourself.

We pride ourselves on the ability to champion human rights for everyone we support, empowering every person to continuously speak-up and have their say. Verbal or non-verbal communication, you have a voice and personal story to express, it’s our responsibility to ensure it’s not only heard but listened to in every aspect of your life.

Commitment to Excellence

We are committed to maintaining excellence in everything we do at Zoe Nicole, approaching every interaction with a professional, supportive and friendly demeanour. We place a high value on respecting the dignity, privacy and confidentiality of everyone involved while continuously monitoring and reviewing our quality and safeguarding practices.

We pride ourselves on providing innovative service design and delivery models focused on evidence-based practices and supports that strengthen, assist and lead to better opportunities. We openly welcome feedback and input from all individuals and appreciate your honesty as we strive for continuous improvement.

Making a Difference with Purpose

"I deem myself the luckiest person in the world, not only to have found my purpose in life, but more importantly because it was gifted to me by family.

My name is Daniel, and I am the proudest younger cousin of Zoe Nicole, and uncle to beautiful Frankie, both whom have their own disabilities and complete our lives.

To share every step of their journey has been incredibly empowering, although I speak on behalf of my entire family in saying that ‘challenging’ is an understatement, when describing the navigation of a forever changing space which includes services and supports.

I am dedicated to providing you with reliable, high-quality and experienced services that are delivered by someone who personally and professionally understands the importance of person-centred support which incorporates those who mean the most to you. I carry 32-years lived experience and 15-years’ of disability sector experience across Victoria, Queensland and Northern Territory, working with children, families, adolescence, youth, adults and ageing. Importantly, I can guarantee you fun and exciting support that incorporates new experiences, goals achieved and friendship."
